Is there a way to stop this prompt from showing up *each time* any post/subreddit in a list is tapped on during a facetime call?

SharePlay is a wee bit aggressive, you should be able to turn it off at the system level, or if you go into the Settings tab in Apollo there should be a prompt at the top to disable it as well.
