I think online education is fine, and has educated many wonderful NPs over the years...but what about for profits? After looking at the other post in this subreddit about the massive increase in NPs graduating each year, I can't help but think the for profits are behind a lot of it. They take far too many students, provide no clinical instruction while using adjunct professors for didactic, and take anyone who is willing to pay. They graduate HUNDREDS of NPs each quarter, and flood the market. How does everyone else feel about them?
