Any tips to stop packet loss?

Ever since the last update I’ve had really debilitating packet loss in 3/4 of my total matches to the point that my character can start a fight normally then start teleporting throughout.
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I’ve unplugged my modem and reset it a minute later. I’ve restarted my Pc. So far none of these have really worked. Any tips you’d recommend?
