Now, I know nothing about pick rates and win rates of Legends in competitive play, though I could hazard a guess with some of them. But I believe that Bangalore is in a pretty bad spot right now.

I know perfectly well that any Legend is extremely competent when played well and correctly, but Bangalore's entire kit is severely underwhelming. Oooh, she gets to run a bit faster when under fire? Okay sure, her smoke can be excellent cover when caught out in a bad spot, or trying to run from cover to cover, but who ever uses it correctly? And her ultimate is better used as a zoning tool. A goddamn air strike as a zoning tool? C'mon.

The vast majority of Legends' abilities show their personality through their concept or usage. Gibby is big, bulky and protective. Rampart will squeeze every little bit of usability out of a gun. Octane is a thrill seeker danger junkie.

What does Bangalore's abilities show? That she's a strict line-and-file soldier? I mean, sure, that's basically her whole personality, but she does show interest in one other thing - weaponry. She has a voice line for pretty much every gun and attachment in the game, talking about their usability, how attachments affect weapons, etc. So why not put that to use?

Passive: Double Time

Taking fire while sprinting makes you move 30% faster for 2 seconds, as well as generally improving a weapon's handling and reloading by 15%.

This would instantly make her better, while not making her overtuned, I believe. If you want a character who just Does Gun Better, then you pick Bangalore. Not only that, but it imparts personality into the kit, showing Bangalore as the gun nerd she is. Hell, she got pissy when it seemed like Seer could dismantle and reassemble a shotgun better than her. Even in terms of number, this isn't even as strong as Rampart's 25% faster reloading on LMGs! Though it is on a wider array of weapons.

TL;DR - Bangalore's kit suffers from First Yearitis that not even any other Year One Legends suffer from, she deserves something to make her interesting. Give her a gun handling passive based off the fact she's a gun nerd.

Personally I think she needs more help than just this, but honestly, the help I'd give her would just turn her into a completely different character, which isn't helpful at all. What are everyone's thoughts? Do you think Bangalore is in a perfectly fine spot right now? Why/why not? If you could improve her kit somehow, how would you?
