Post Body

Hello Reddit, I’m a newish FPS player that is looking for advice. I started playing Apex in the beginning of season 9 on PS4, after playing WZ for a year and a half with no progress. I swappers to Apex fell in love. Also switched to PC, so now I play on Pc/Controller

I have noticed one big common thing in my game play, I always get so nervous/Anxious when I play.

I currently use Aim Labs for 15-35min prior to playing And before I play my first match I also warm up in the firing range with 5-700rounds of Flatline shots on multiple dummy’s ranging from 55m-75m without aim assist. I have noticed massive improvement in my game play in just one seasons time. With these routines

I guess dose anyone have any tips for me to help me deal with the nerves and anxiety that comes? Aswell as my in game awareness?
