Post Body

I'm a relatively new apex player (level 20 ) and have only some FPS experience (put simply I'm trash at gaming). Recently got a decent mouse (and new sens) and want to up my game a little, found this amazing video by pinguefy and got inspired.

However I'm reading comments that all say different things, some say it helps, some say it doesn't, some say its better to just play the game. I understand that aim is only part of the equation as game sense/understanding of mechanics also play a big part, however I am just curious if aim trainers help to translate to in-game benefits?

TL;DR Does aim trainers help you translate to in-game benefits?

Edit: any tips for which tasks to focus on to improve my aim will be appreciated as well, thanks!
