People that get stuck at the bottom of a tier of ranked and just keep playing.

About 90% of my random teammates in Platinum ranked are clearly stuck at Plat IV so they just hot drop and die within a minute.
I don't understand why they keep playing ranked. Its making it much harder than it should be and it can't be enjoyable for them either.
