I’d have to disagree. While it certainly increases his selfish power, and he’d be the clear best solo legend (especially considering the Wraith and Lifeline changes), I’m not convinced he even reaches viability at high level play. And without it, he’s definitely bottom tier. The rest of his changes are almost entirely inconsequential.
