Anyone else had this problem?

So its happened a handful of times to me on PC but sometimes ill play a game and it'll be in super slow mo, like the games running at 0.25% speed on every game I've asked my team mates if they're experiencing the same issue just to see if it was a problem on my end and they all said the same was happening to them. Anyone else had this issue and know if there's a way to stop it?
