Avoiding trolls in Diamond? PS4

Is there a way I can avoid queuing with a troll in Diamond, went from D3 back to Mid D4 because I got queued with a troll literally 4 times in a row and 3 other times randomly where he’d shoot at me and the other random, loot everything and go afk or just keep messing with me in general, I blocked him on PS4 but I still get put in matches with him
