Is the Wise Warrior skin going to be put into rotations?

I heard a lot about the Wise Warrior bloodhound skin being put into rotations and won’t be as rare as the Young Blood one due to its event and lore background.
Is it better to get YB in this case or should I still go for WW? I want to get the one that likely won’t return ever again.
