Would like the option to disable voice and text chat

Nothing ruins the game for me like some punk kid screaming in the mic, or just being an overall prick in text chat.
Please add an option to disable all comms. Communication can be done via pings anyway. I don't need to hear or read what some punk little kid is saying.
edit: I'd like to add, that I know there are options to mute your team, but I'd like an option to permanently enable or disable voice/text for every match, so that I don't have to keep doing it every single match.
