Reload animations should not have to wait almost a full half second after the animation ends before the reload goes through.

If i reload the gun but forget to put a bullet in the chamber, i shouldnt have to put the bloody clip in again.
If i do put a hullet in the chamber but dont wait for the idle animation to perform another action
This is like basic fundamentals of shooters that no game ever even tries to do
