“party leader quit” notification???

I got the notification “Party Leader Quit” in game and then was booted from the game I was playing? Am I the only one who has gotten this? Is there anything I can do??? I don’t want to keep getting booted from my games? what’s worse is that the notification stayed there in future games which was very annoying...

Also sometimes my friends invite me and I “auto-accept” game invitations which also has booted me before? Is this Origin or Apex? I’ve never had this problem playing battlefield before ...? Any advice or feedback is welcomed
