Gibby needs a rework

Like the title says. Gibby is now the worst support legend. He has no movement, more direct counters than any other legend, and the biggest hit box in the game. Even his arm shield, which used to be one of his best abilities, isn’t as useful anymore. Even with the new perk system, they didn’t give him anything meaningful. And his ult is super inconsistent.
