How do y’all feel about ballistic ?

I just unlocked Ballistic as my third character and am loving him. I’m in love with the ultimate. It charges fast so I cha use it every fight, and it feels so good with the Re-45, alternator, and Devotion. I appreciate those weapons a lot more as I would never take them normally but are solid as gold with the fast reload. The tactical is hard to use but great when it scares the enemy. I know the census is he’s a bit on the weak side.
