I played over 110 games of Control, and only got 9 wins in total.
am I the only one who feels like they ramp up the difficulty of their matchmaking to maintain engagement whenever they're selling a collection item?
getting a win in control felt harder than getting masters in season 13, and I'm actually not exaggerating how bad my games truly went.
to make things worse, I was going for the ten badge, and was about to win the final game with 2 minutes left to event end, my team started leaving, including our random third, so we figured we'd be allowed to leave without a penalty, but no. but we did actually lose the game with a minute to go, and the game bugged and gave me access to the next moneygrab a minute early. ruining my chances of getting the once available limited time badge in what feels like their attempt to net profits.
it's not the biggest deal, but I feel like this is the last time I can actually deal with profits being put in front of player satisfaction every time a choice between the two arises. if I'm correct with my above theory that is, and I think I am.
regardless, I haven't slept in 72 hours so I'm uninstalling, and I'm off to bed. goodbye guys
My strat to win almost every game we play.
Me and my squad take home base, then while everyone rushes B, we Valk fly to enemy home base to cut off spawn, and repeat. Sometimes the enemy grabs the mobile respawn but its usually too little too late.
