Screen going to corner bug

Sometimes when I press shift numpad keys(assigned on extra mouse buttons) screen starts going to bottom left corner and won't let me move it until I tab out.
After that if i try to use shift commands it starts going back to the corner.
Anyone know how to fix when this happens?
