New Arabia is unfair and boring

Every game plays out the same and sometimes the map gen is so bad that one player only gets 1 woodline all resources forward.
Played a game today were all the neutral gold were on my side of the map and close together so I had a really easy time controlling them. I won but it felt pretty cheap. Don’t understand why they changed it.
