Make the Notifications more noticeable?

Are there any mods/settings for AoE2 HD to change the size/color of the notification text? I think it would really help me (and other noobs as well) and I haven't found anything yet.
Edit: After playing some more I realized I would really like to have it near the top on the middle of my screen
