Hello everyone. My husband has the Cobra Max and has been having an issue with the filament runout sensor. The display keeps saying that the filament has either run out or there is a sensor malfunction. We have only had this thing about 4 months now and Anycubic isn't doing anything for us since we bought if from Amazon (even though it was purchased from the Anycubic store page), and it is outside of the return period. The part is not available for purchase and they are saying that the sensor is out of stock with no projected date of replenishment.
He was able to start using the printer again by unplugging the sensor but he doesn't want to keep doing that. Anyone else use a 3rd party sensor or have had luck with getting Amazon or Anycubic to replace the machine under the warranty since we have only had it a few months and it shouldn't be having this issue this early on in it's lifespan?
