It was basically the end of my shift and i was slightly argumentative about a menial task that was supposed to happen. There was some slight bickering back and forth and then I brought up that he was stealing from us and he told me that I can't do that and that I need to leave. It's Minnesota so technically he can fire me for any reason he wants almost. But there has to be something illegal about that and if so what do I do?
I'm sorry if this isn't the place for this but I feel like I can win a case here.
