I have been on vacation for less than 24 hours and I have gotten 8 texts from my boss and the manager. I know I screwed myself over by ever responding to texts on my off time. I just truly don’t care. I stupidly responded to the first text (2 hours late) but I’ve made the decision to not respond to these others. It’s literally something they can deal with themselves and not involve me. They’re not even asking questions just saying stupid things. I really just want to block their numbers for the week. I wish I had a work phone I could just leave at home.
