Trouble adapting

Recently transitioned to M-F and just cant seem to adapt because it feels like i dont have a life. Work is even trying to make me come earlier like 7a. Im use to shift work. Any advice before i just leave period? I was hoping to do at least a year- but honestly i dont know if i can mentally handle it.
