Hello everyone I just had a fun talk to day, I'm a hotel manager and in the hotel we do a cleaning service with normal one person on a day for that job, anyway the guy who was working it yesterday 6 months pregnant girlfriend sadly lost the child in a accident, so when this happened he left early now I had no problem with this because I'm not a asshole, but my upper management what me to fire him because of this and we'll I said no and now in have to go to a meeting in the morning to discuss my behaviour. I just want to say I what to burn the damm place to the ground who what to join me

Update I just had the meeting and cleaner guy has quite and the upper management is be seen to their bosses for questioning for inappropriate behaviour the meeting we well most thing considering just be sad he have to leave but I don't blame him
