The fact that bachelor’s degrees are still needed as a requirement over experience is ridiculous to me…
Post Body

I’ve been entertaining the idea of going into a related field, where my current skills carry over.

I’m 27, I started working when I was 15. I just got denied for a job because a bachelor’s degree is required even though I have 15 years of varying experience.

The fact that we still have to “prove” we are a good worker because we got a piece of paper is ridiculous.

I have been a working class man and will always be a working class man. My experience should show that I’m obviously a good, competent worker.
