Painful lie from management
Post Body

So today I was told I was passed up for a operations manager position for someone better qualified. The person they hired has worked under me since I hired them to the position and has literally no training in the ops position where I am already fully trained. Then the district manager really had to hall to tell me they went with a candidate better qualified.

WHAT THE FUCK I actually hired this person and have been their supervisor for almost half a decade and know their qualifications.

Sorry I needed to vent. I have been patiently waiting for this position for 4 months and have been Yo-Yoed back and fourth with them not sure they were gonna hire anyone then they were waiting for upper management to approve a position again for it. Then I get totally passed up for a unqualified person I hired and lied to to my face.
