I remember beginning of the year I (A Manager) asked my boss (The Owner) for a raise because I needed extra cash to finally get me a car. He turned down the offer, so I thought I could take a loan by him and pay him back. He said you'll have a better chance taking a loan by the bank then by him.
PS. This year will mark 9 years I've been in the business
It gets a bit tedious working an hour away from home but taking the public transportation does help, although coming to work early and leaving later is pretty much a no go because how I'm bind to the public transportation time table.
