Hello Everyone.

Found this subreddit through a YouTube video and figured I'd join since I'm getting burnt out at my current job.
I currently work for Autozone. Going on 3 years. 3 years of promises to move me up. 3 years of small pay raises. 3 years of being short staffed. I'm not sure how much I can take. Especially when I found out that the lady they recently hired for the same job title as mine is making 3 dollars an hour more then me
