Weren’t bonuses checks for a decent amount of money employees could use to pay off Christmas bills, use to make up for time off over Christmas?

Now it’s “hey you know the 4 weeks of leave we have to give you? Well yeah you’re forced to take two of those weeks now, no you can’t take leave without pay hahaha wtf, oh and we’ve just spent $15,000 on a Christmas party you’re forced to attend out of hours that we all know has been planned to appeal to upper management and nobody else.
