JOB DETAILS Job Title: Cook/Dishwasher Company: Kids Zone Learning Center

Dear candidate:

We are an independent childcare center of excellence in blank that is family-owned and run. Our day begins with providing a hearty breakfast for our hungry friends.

Candidate must first and foremost, have an awesome attitude and a passion for preparing nutritious meals. Our kitchen provides two freshly prepared warm meals and a snack for approximately 100 children everyday. Cook must be able to multi-task, be organized, maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and deliver meals on time. We are a team of caregivers and our cook is an integral part of the family. Prior experience cooking for large groups (>100) is preferred.

Responsibilities include: * Prepare meals and deliver to classrooms on time * Maintain inventory and prepare shopping lists * Keep kitchen neat, clean, sanitized and orderly * Communicate effectively with staff and management * Be dependable and reliable * Provide direction to assistant cook when necessary Experience: * At least one year of experience in a hospitality, childcare or restaurant industry * SafeServ certification is a plus * Candidate must be willing to undergo a national background check Benefits: * Be part of an awesome team doing wonderful things daily for our students * Paid vacation and holidays after 1 year of service * Awesome schedule with NO weekends * M-F 7am-5pm * Being the most loved person in the Center!!

My response:

There are only two real benefits that you labeled, even then, it's just scheduling. That's not even a real benefit. And the only real one is only after a year service. Meaning I get nothing out of any of these benefits. You didn't even put in a pay or Salary range. How do you expect to get a candidate interested from this or even make it worth their time and effort? Please, rethink or revise your applications so you can actually get candidates. Otherwise, this is looking like a waste of time. Good luck finding candidates and thank you for the opportunity. I guess.
