Having anxiety attacks at work
Post Body

Hey first time posting here! Just two months in at work and I'm feeling so overwhelmed by it already. I work at software development and most of the stuff that is done here was not taught to me at college. So I'm having a hard time coping with the new languages and programs used. Told my boss this and he told me that its okay to ask questions, even stupid ones. So I begin opening up and asking a lot of questions to fellow employees.

I have to admit that most of the time, they start doing my tasks for me since I really have no idea how their systems work. Then in a meeting yesterday, I got told off by another boss that I may be letting others do my work for them, which is true but I don't know much of these systems and if I ask, they might think I'm incompetent and they might fire me (I told them about this earlier btw). Now I'm having insane anxiety attacks and I dont know what to do on how to please them.pls help!
