Is everyone else getting hit with messages from recruiters every day, or is it just me? The last few weeks I get no less than 2 messages a day asking if I’d be willing to discuss an opening they have at a clients location. They’re all over the US, geographically speaking. All in my current industry, with an exception here and there. 
  I’ve started to just reply with my requirements: 6 figures, 4wks PTO   10 days PSL, upfront relocation (if necessary). If they respond to that, I’ll talk to them. If they don’t, well, neither of us have wasted any more of the others time. 
  So far, only two ( out of 30 or so) have gotten back with me. One was in awe to think I could demand that package, the other was cool, she said “I know they can but they’re not that desperate yet. If they can’t find someone soon, you’ll be hearing from me.”  
 If any of you are dealing with the same issue, no matter the industry, I’d love to know how you respond.
