Yo! So, I’ve notice that most of the Redditor in this sub are American, which does make sense because after working in America for a year I understand how foooked the labor laws are there.
But for the non American antiworkers what makes you anti work?
Me, for example, I think cover letters are a complete waste of time. I believe limiting what a workers can do with their hair and disallowing them to have piercings or tattoos is completely stupid. And finally the ability to deny annual leave. It should be a leave notification, not a leave request. Workers earn that shit, they should be allowed to use it whenever they want.
