Decided to not work again due to being diagnosed with Autism
Post Body

I live in the UK and I have never been able to hold down a job. I have never got past the probation period .

Of course having a mental impairment like me will make things harder not just in the work place but also everyday life. The work place is designed with nuerotypical people in mind and nuerodiverse people like myself are often left on the side lines or get overlooked. It sucks! I want to work but because of conditions in the work place and lack of support this makes it very very difficult for me.

It pains me to say that I will never work again, as I liked working but there is just so many bad employers and bad managers who know absaloutly noting about autism that makes working in these places very difficult and extremely stressful and draining.
