Unpaid Internships are a whole scam in my opiniom

I started working an unpaid internship for my masters and after a few weeks of learning I literally have to take over the entire program and do everything the other paid employee was doing before. Iām just annoyed because although I get credits I had to pay 2k to my school just to be enrolled in the internship ācourseā that follows you while youāre working there. I canāt work full time because of it. The whole system is a scam and thereās no way someone poor could do it and stay above water.
