I have very few requests for my open availability schedule. I just asked that, because I keep getting told I'm a high achiever at work (I know, always bad), that I have a few considerations taken into my schedule.
I want to avoid doing the 5 days on, 2 days off thing. I medically can't drive and I have an invisible disability. 5 days on in a row is too much for me. I need it broken up, so that I work 3-4 days at the most. By then, I need to go home and take care of myself.
Please try to not schedule me so that it's all over the place. I understand if it's a bit wacky here or there, but I either have to get a ride in with my partner, or I need to Uber, which costs me a lot of money on a wage that isn't great.
Boss said great, he can work with that. Meanwhile, each week, my schedule gets worse and worse. I remind him I have very few restrictions on my schedule, and I just need more predictability and not a 5 day on, 2 day off.
I also started learning to work in our other nearby location. So now not only am I all over the place schedule wise, I'm also at different locations constantly.
So of course, here is my upcoming schedule.
