I'm glad it happened.
Post Body

I got fired from a toxic job.

I'm glad they did that.

I was overworked and underpaid (as usual).

Most / some / a lot of employers really do NOT care about their employees' well-being.

Lack of work-life balance is extremely common.

There are too many things wrong with it.

These are my main grievances about the job.

I did NOT do any major misconduct, but it was just a very old-fashioned, conservative, extremely bureaucratic, reactive, inefficient, unorganised and extremely religious work environment to say the least.

It was also full of favouritism.

It was TOXIC as hell.

I was also bullied a lot by my female co-workers.

I worked in a mostly male dominated field.

Most / all of the men were chill / neutral-pleasant, but most of the women were nasty to me.

I do NOT know why.

All I cared about was work and nothing else.

I only socialised if I had to.

I only socialised out of necessity.

I did NOT have any communication problems.

I was focused on my work.

The very few women that I worked with were lovely, professional, amazing, wholesome etc to say the least, but most of the women were nasty to me for absolutely NO acceptable reason.

They would nitpick on me for IRRELEVANT things.

They would also nitpick on me for the MOST MINOR of things.

They were often / usually reactive and overly emotional about things instead of being professional, ethical, compassionate, patient, empathetic, open-minded and respectful.

It was stressful and exhausting, and HR was extremely biased towards my seniors and they did NOT even bother listening to my side of the story.

I do NOT expect a perfect workplace, just a DECENT one where they prioritise the basic (universal) human rights of people and where they prioritise the employees' well-being.

I just want to be treated like a human being.

We all deserve to be treated decently / well because it's a basic (universal) human right (need).

We all deserve to be treated with compassion, empathy, patience, love, care, open-mindedness, integrity, dignity, professionalism, ethics, competence, sincerity etc.
