Working on a wrongful termination suit with a quite large, well known company in the US currently and was curious for some input. If a settlement were offered (which it will be), what amount or % of what you anticipate would you need to see in order to accept it? To give some background on top of wrongful termination and lost wages, there was also approximately $4,500 withheld from me from my final paycheck and stocks that were pulled after they vested. There is also evidence of FMLA retaliation, as well as constant badgering from my sup via my personal cell to do work related activities when he knows Iām off the clock.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
