I had a small medical procedure done yesterday and my dr put me on lift restrictions, can’t lift lift anything above 20lbs, for 1 week. At work our shipping department is short staffed and my manager (who has a note from my dr about my lift restrictions) texted me and said I would be in shipping all week and asked if I would be willing to go against my my dr restrictions. I’m definitely not doing that and I haven’t responded to my boss. I’m wondering if this is something he’s even allowed to ask at all?
