So I'm going to convert this to me Dollar, as I notice this is currency being used alot in these forums.
So in context I'm a manager for a business and the higher ups needed contracts of all employees sent to them. So I started to scan all the contracts I had to send it to them, only to notice that the previous manager, who now got moved to a different location, contract was still with me. And what I saw was such a shock..
So when I started as a manager my pay was 390$ whereas the previous manager starting pay was 920$
I'm struggling to understand as to why did the previous manager earn such more than me? I mean I've been with the business for 10 years and can't see why they would low ball me..
Should I leave and start looking for a different work seeing that I'm not being valued for my worth. We do exactly the same job so I cannot see why did they give me such a low amount
