Remote position moving in office with reduction of pay
Post Body

I’m looking for some advice from people who have gone through this. Employment was established under the agreement that the position was remote/hybrid. Now almost a year later, the owner of the company is selecting a few remote (not all despite them doing very similar work) people to bring fully in office along with a $3/hr pay cut. It’s never been said in any official format but these select employees do not attend the weekly Friday prayer meetings where the self-absorbed & egotistical owner reads Bible verses.

Does this fall under “just cause” to quit & receive unemployment benefits?
