Concealing Truth for the Job I want
Post Body

So a long time ago(in a galaxy far far away) when I was younger I didnt make the best decisions and I got in trouble. No felonies or Nothing but either way, every job I go to has the background check etc etc.

The Issue I have is nowadays im well qualified for the job I want after turning my life around and all that but whenever I am honest about my past in the interviews for this field of work im never hired. The last company asked about it and I think I screwed myself by being honest about every charge I had when I mentioned one of them he didnt even seem to know it was on there so idk if It even showed up on the background.

I think ill re Apply maybe with a different company same field of work and just Not say shit. Im over not getting the job ive Trained and practiced for years for. I tried the ethical route, any success or non success tips from trying the other way? Sorry I ranted, its just stupid imo.
