The Prevalency of Porn on Social Media.
Post Body

For those of you that use social media, have you noticed that porn seems to be popping up on social media now that itā€™s been normalized?

It seems like now that porn has been ā€œnormalizedā€, social media is following suit with this.

Twitter has hidden likes, allowed porn to be posted, and blue checkmark users are constantly promoting their OF in comments. Not to mention the obvious influx of pornbots.

Instagram has (allegedly) allowed nudity, and one anti-porn page that called out a couple of pages for predatory behavior has had their posts shadowbanned, but the predatory pages arenā€™t found to ā€œviolate community guidelinesā€.

Even Facebook has NSFW reels on it, and we all know about TikTok, which is a whole problem in and of itself.

The prevalence of pornography or porn-adjacent content on social media is really sad, and it is clear that Meta, Twitter, TikTok donā€™t care. I worry about Generation Alpha, as they are going to be affected the worst by this.

Any way to reverse this?
