I am starting ketamine infusion therapy next month, and wanted to taper off my anti depressant before the treatment.
I have been on Paxil 50mg for about 18 months, and have been instructed to taper down pretty quick. I am down to 20mg (from 50mg) in a two week span. I feel a little more irritable and moody, but the symptoms aren’t that bad. Am I ok to continue tapering quickly?
I know everyone is different, but have heard so many horror stories about tapering quickly. Are there any success stories from a fast taper?
