Partial response only to zoloft?
Post Body

I have been taking zoloft for 1.5 years for mild ocd, moderate to high gad, and depression linked to my anxiety. I take 200mg which is the max my GP will prescribe.

This whole time on 200 I've had great weeks where I can't even imagine why I'm anxious, and then a week or two of high anxiety and some depression feeling. It feels like i respond to the drug but only partially. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am also in therapy but my triggers seem to be random, often on a weekend when I'm less busy and tend to ruminate more. I am thinking of adding something or possibly switching.

Thank you
