I’m currently on Prozac and I’m curious about a few things. Is there a way to pinpoint symptoms of anxiety/depression with whatever mechanism of action certain meds participate in?
Like serotonin has many different pathways and even though Zoloft and prozac are the same in which main chemical they interact with, prozac is usually more “activating” then Zoloft. While I’ve read that Zoloft helps more with OCD.
I’m currently trying to figure out what meditation add on can help me along with my current dose of prozac. I’m considering on non-stimulant medications next or dextroamphetamine to help combat my fatigue and help with motivation. (Adderall, modafinil, Wellbutrin and Ritalin had no immediate/significant effects)
