How to tell your friend he F*****D up

One of my best friends ended up becoming a "small business owner" for WFG and is now selling life insurance. He tried recruiting me into this MLM but I didn't have the heart to tell him he FCKED up. He left his job as a nurse and is now 100% focused on this garbage!
To make matters worse...he now got his wife (who is also a nurse) on this train to nowhere and now they are selling the idea of "financial security" to myself and the rest of our friend/s.
How do I let him know that he FCKED up!?
