So, I literally just finished up and now I am sitting in a parking lot on my lunch writing this update on my phone so please excuse any spelling and grammar.

I did manage to actually enter her unit. It was exactly as you would expect. Not the worst ive ever seen but definitely a pack rat, boxes everywhere, piles of paper and clothes surrounding the entire unit. Grease build up on her stove top, food splattered on the wall where they cook, and 3 bottles of DoTERRA on the table.

I did end up using the key provided by the office to enter and it turns she was home just wouldnt open the door for me. She kept insisting that I couldnt be there and i explained that I was within my rights as the complex gave her 48 hours written notice of entry. She ended up calling the cops on me. Not like i could actually treat as there was no preparation done for me to do my job. I explained the situation to her as best as I could and as politely as possible but she would not have any of it. I ended up telling her that if she does not allow me to do treatment that the complex is within their right to provide an eviction notice. I would never intentionally put someone in that type of situation but at the same time I need to look out for the other people residing in this complex.

As im walking the unit she is on the phone, then I see it... Blood/Fecal Stains on the baseboards. So i check her mattress, bed bugs found instantly. There is no way this unit goes un-treated. I took my photos, collected a sample and got the hell out of there.

I explained what I found and provided them all my evidence but told them there is no way she is going to follow my preparation instructions to treat for all of these bugs. So they need to have a plan in place so this stuff doesnt spread. They told me they will handle it I also recommended that they do a HEAT treatment as I believe the severity of it needs immediate action and liquid treatment takes a bit more time.

Not much of an Update but we are in it now.
