Hi all,
I am in the early stages of my career in dispatching but love what I do. The soonest I could be hitting the ice is 2025. I was wondering what additional trainings or education I should go for to make me a stronger candidate and or help me on the job? What was the pq process like? How was the interviewing portion like? Any advice I should know? I know I am a few years out but I want to start working toward my bigger end goal. I am working toward my degree currently and haven't decided my major. Also what is the day to day life as a dispatcher like?
